Shipping & Returns
If an item does not fulfill your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of item delivery to initiate a refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted past 7 days. This window is considered active from the time that a shipment was received.
If you have any questions about your order you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number available. Please be mindful that the return window is tethered to the date of item receipt, not the date the label was requested. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of these outlined timelines.
All Sale and Sample Sale purchases are non-refundable and final sale.
We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if an item shows signs of wear, damage, odor or the request is submitted after ten days of item receipt.
Shipping on regular orders
- All orders are shipped by USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays with signature required.
- Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
- If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
- We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
- Ninêh is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
- Ninêh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a place that will keep your mail safe until you arrive. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it please contact USPS and they will be able to help you out with your tracking number.

FREE - On all orders over $200
- Ground - $7.00
- 2nd Day - $25.00
- Overnight - $45.00
*2nd Day and Overnight orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee same day shipping
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are free within the US. Sends us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a pre-paid label. Or just forward us your order confirmation e-mail letting us know your exchange situation. We are happy to accept international exchanges that are within our policy, however, we are not responsible for shipping costs or applicable duties.
